We are looking for a few good Sharks! We have roster spots available for dedicated athletes looking to improve their soccer skills and have fun at the same time. If you are interested in joining our U12 Girls soccer family we will be having the following tryouts: 14th from 3:00-4:00 on field 1 @ Sports Lodge in Independence, Mo. 15th from 5:00-6:00 on field 1 @ Sports Lodge in Independence, Mo. 17th from 6:30-8:30 on field 1 @ Franke Fields in Blue Springs, Mo. 19th from 6:30-8:30 on field 1 @ Franke Fields in Blue Springs, Mo. Franke Fields are located just south of Woods Chapel Road and Rennau Drive. From Kansas City take I-70 east to 291 south exit; travel south to the Woods Chapel road exit; continue east approximately 1 mile to Rennau Drive and the complex will be on the right. This team formed in 2001 with the Blue Springs Soccer Club (BSSC) as a coed recreational team. In 2004 we decided to play competitive soccer in the KC Metro League. This Fall “2008” we will be playing in the KC Metro League through the Lee's Summit Soccer Association (LSSA). The Sharks coach's concentrate on developing the players’ first touch, skills on the ball, and age appropriate tactical play.  We alternate our practices from technical to tactical and we have speed and agility camps from time to time.
